In addition to encouraging employees to maintain work life balance, we also encourage our employees to participate in community. Community outreach and engagement not only create a more meaningful and vibrant lifestyle for our employees, but also promote sustainable development through different forms of engagements.

We are also committed to supporting causes that create positive impact in our community, as well as among our staff members. Not only do we donate to causes we believe in, including The Salvation Army, The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, The Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hong Kong and Plan International Hong Kong, we also participate in charitable events to create awareness and synergies with other organizations to garner greater impact.

Volunteering – S-Power Team

The S-Power volunteer team of Synergis was set up in 2017 to help the underprivileged and promote a sense of care and positivity throughout the community.

We have run a variety of charity activities for the elderly and those in need for several years. These have included, for example, organizing festive visits to estates and charity organizations, and running programs that provide minor household repairs and maintenance services.

Community Service Platform – "Rui Ai Tong Hang"

Synergis has become a member of CR Property since 2022. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of a state-owned enterprise in Hong Kong, Synergis has been helping the HKSAR Government improve people's livelihood. Leveraging on the community service platform "Rui Ai Tong Hang", Synergis has made good use of the professional advantages of property management in cleaning and maintenance, and strived to serve the grassroots. Since the establishment of the community service platform in June 2022, Synergis has set up community service points in several districts to serve the elderly and the underprivileged families by providing them with basic cleaning and maintenance services.
