Synergis' leading position in the facility management services industry is being further recognized as we were awarded by the HKSAR government to provide facility management services to the Hong Kong Pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo 2010. The Hong Kong Pavilion has an exhibition area of approximately 800 square metres, where Synergis provides comprehensive facility management services include day-to-day management, crowd and admission control, customer services and guided tour services.

For Instance, we have introduced a unique Building Life Cycle Maintenance Model to an R&D Center in Shanghai, which is owned by Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. The Building Life Cycle Maintenance Cycle aims, at effectively planned facilities maintenance throughout the facility cycle. With the assistance of advanced IT system and equipment, we are also able to provide preventive repair and maintenance services through monitoring the system operation status.
Scientific performance-profiling tool for clients
We offer our clients a web-based, performance-profiling tools, fmPROFILE® ,which has been jointly developed by Synergis, The Hong Kong Jockey Club and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
fmPROFILE® measures the performance of the FM function of any organization and the analysis, based on the established scoring methods, illustrates strengths and weaknesses in the FM function.
