One initiative towards this goal is the setting up of six Quality & Services Enhancement Committees, made up of members of different levels from across the company. Their task is to formulate and implement effective strategies for enhancing the company's policies, daily operations and customer services.

Organized The Best QC Proposal Presentation Day
 
Co-organized the "Quality Improvement & Experience Sharing Convention 2001" with 10 renowned quality companies, including the MTRC, the KCRC, Hongkong Post, and the Hong Kong Jockey Club.
 
Signed an agreement with Hongkong Post in 2001 to offer a value-added service of selling postage at 52 properties under Synergis's management.

Ensures the smooth implementation of the company quality systems at different sites, by conducting regular quality site audits.
