Synergis Management Services Limited (Stock Code 02340) ("Synergis") has always been dedicated to contributing to society by integrating social values into our company management and operations. Since the inception of the Caring Company Campaign organized by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service in 2002, we have been part of this project so as to facilitate the sustainable development of our community. This year we received the newly added 'Caring Company 5 Year Plus' logo in recognition of our commitment in good corporate citizenship for six consecutive years.

We have joined the '2007 Christmas Greetings for the Chest' fund-raising campaign and raised HK$100,000 for the Community Chest. Our corporate volunteer team, Synergis Momentum was active in charity work such as a visit to the Sheng Kung Hui Nursing Home, The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Flag Day and The Hong Kong Society for the Deaf Flag Day. Apart from encouraging volunteer activities and making donations to non-profit organizations, a responsible enterprise should also play a vital role in Green Management to enhance Hong Kong's social and economic life. Thus, we strongly encourage our managed properties to join 'Power Smart Contest' organized by Friends of the Earth as well as the 'Source Separation of Domestic Waste Program' organized by the Environmental Protection Department, both aiming at raising residents' awareness of environmental protection. Moreover, Synergis has joined 'The Hong Kong Green Mark Certification Scheme' organized by Hong Kong Q-Mark Council and was among the first batch of property and facility management companies to receive that award.
