( Hong Kong, 18 April 2006 ) Synergis Management Services Limited ("Synergis") (stock code: 2340), has been dedicated to providing excellent security services to the residents. Our effort has gained fruitful result as we have won several prizes in "Kowloon West Best Security Services Awards 2005".

Jointly organized by Kowloon West Crime Prevention Office, The Security and Guarding Services Industry Authority, and The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies, the service awards are given as a tribute to the effort made by those companies and staff in security works, and targeted to enhance the overall security quality eventually.

By demonstrating high quality security services, Synergis has won total seven awards, in which Perth Garden and Wei Chien Court of Wyler Garden in Kowloon City, and also The Crescent in Homantin, are awarded "Best Managed Property". In addition, "Best Security Services Awards" are granted to four security staff as an appreciation and recognition of their performances.

"Best Managed Property" are chosen with the criteria that no serious crimes such as robbery, burglary and vehicle theft taken place in that property within two-year time; whilst the winners of "Best Security Services Awards" also undergo a stringent election with those assisting in preventing or detecting crime, and delivering excellent security services in 2005 awarded. Thus, it proves that the honored properties or security staff should be "Best of the Best" in the industry.

In its pursuit of service excellence, Synergis has gained recognition of the brilliant performance by winning several prizes in "Kowloon West Best Security Services Awards of 2005".
