SYNERGIS AWARDED "Q-MARK
SERVICE CERTIFICATES"

Management Services Limited
("Synergis") has recently
become the first batch of property
and facility management company
to be awarded the "Q-Mark
Service Certificates" by
the Hong Kong Q-Mark Council
of Federation of Hong Kong Industries.
To provide first class services
to customers, Synergis is dedicated
to pursuing service excellence
through continuous improvement.
The award of the "Q Mark
Service Certificates "is
another solid proof of Synergis's
quality service. Synergis had
to undergo the Council's stringent
assessment in the following
eight main areas before getting
the Certificates: namely, Organization,
Documentation Requirements,
Resource Management, Work Environment,
Service Realization, Customer
Service, Continuous Improvement
and Quality Records.
Mr.
Vincent Chua, Assistant Director
of Synergis said, "All

organization. Synergis has also
seen the vital role of information
technology in upgrading service
quality. The recent launch of
the 24-hour Customer Service
Center, which is well equipped
with the state-of-the-art Computerized
Maintenance Management System,
can help facilitate our staff
to handle customers' requests
in a much more timely and speedy
manner.
In
addition, Synergis has set up
different internal committees
to devise strategies for service
enhancement while tailor-made
and on-going customer service
training are conducted for frontline
staff to upgrade their service
skills.
