(Hong Kong, 1 February 2004) - Synergis Holdings Limited ("Synergis" / the "Group") (stock code: 2340), a leading provider of comprehensive property and facility management services in Hong Kong, today announced that the Group's subsidiary, Synergis Management Services Limited, has won a property management contract from the U.S. Consulate General of Hong Kong effective from 1 February 2004.

The contract covers both the Consulate Office Building on Garden Road and its three residential properties occupied by officials of the Consulate, located respectively on Shouson Hill Road, Barker Road and MacDonnell Road. Synergis will be responsible for providing comprehensive property management services, including cleaning, gardening, minor repairs and maintenance work.
