Synergis was established as a subsidiary of the Hsin Chong Group in 1978. After 25 years of steady growth and development, the Group has achieved its position as one of the leaders in the property and facility management industry in Hong Kong. Furthermore, on 9 October this year, the Group sets a new milestone for the industry in Hong Kong and China by being the first property and facility management company in Hong Kong to be listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Synergis currently manages more than 210 properties and facilities, comprising of more than 150,000 residential units and approximately 1.33 million square meters in gross floor area of industrial and commercial properties. Meanwhile, Synergis has also successfully explored the vast and prospective facility management market in the mainland through a series of strategic joint ventures, in view of becoming the benchmark of property and facility management industry in Asia.

Recapping on the most outstanding achievements that Synergis has made over the past 25 years, Mr. C. H.
