(2 December 2003) Synergis Management Services Limited (Synergis) has won the Best Property Management Award from the Hong Kong Housing Authority for ten consecutive years since 1994. This year, two estates Tsz On Court in Tsz Wan Shan and Tin Yuet Estate in Tin Shui Wai, which are under the management of Synergis won the "Well-managed HOS Court Award" and "Most Environmental Friendly Award (PSC)" respectively. In addition to these awards, Synergis won the Overall Winner of the 2003 Facility Management Establishment Award (FAME) from the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management. All these external recognitions have proved that Synergis's excellent property and facility management services are well recognized in the industries.
