Synergis Management Services Ltd.
("Synergis") won the Best Property
Management Company Award from the
Housing Authority again this year.
Synergis had been awarded this special
honor for 9 consecutive years since
the launch of the award scheme in
1994. In addition, Hung Hom Estate,
which is under the management of Synergis
also won the Best Managed Estate Award
of the public rental housing (small
estate) sector.
The
prize presentation ceremony was held
on 29 November, 2002 at the indoor
venue of Lung Cheong mall at Wong
Tai Sin. Mr. Fan Cheuk Hung, Director
and General Manager of Synergis attended
the ceremony and remarked, "It
is the great honor of Synergis to be
awarded as the Best Property Management
Company for 9 consecutive years, which
demonstrates our service always received
high-acclaim from the Housing Authority.
The unceasing effort to introduce
modern and innovative property management
concepts and the good communication
between the frontline staff, the Housing
staff and the customers made the continual
improvement a success which resulted
in winning the Award. Synergis provided
property management service to Hung
Hom Estate since its intake in 1999
and thereafter we conduct the management
service survey yearly to evaluate
the customers' comments on the services
provided so as to formulate improvement
action plans to satisfy their needs
as well as striving for further improvement."
Mr.
Fan also stated, " Synergis has
rich experience in property management
and is now managing over 43,000 units
covering public rental housing estates
and Tenants' Purchase Scheme estates,
among which are many large estates
where workloads are comparatively
heavy. In the near future, there will
be more Owners Associations formed
and the need for quality management
companies is increasing. The Award
granted to Synergis proved we are the
best choice for the owners and the
Owners' Association."
