(Strong Science Park) jointly hosted a press conference at Beijing Diayutai State Guest House on 25 November 2002 to announce the incorporation of Beijing Strong Hsin Chong Property Management Company Ltd. (Strong Hsin Chong). Strong Hsin Chong is dedicated to providing professional and advanced property and facility management services to large enterprises and multi national corporations in "Chinese Silicon Valley" - Beijing Zhong Guan Cun Technology District.

The contract signing ceremony for the incorporation was performed by Mrs. Fung Yeh Yi Hao, Yvette, Chairman of Synergis and Mr. Xu Shan Yin, Chairman of Strong Science Park in the presence of Mr. Fan Cheuk Hung, Director and General Manager of Synergis and Mr. Lu Hong Wu, General Manager of Strong Science Park. The signing ceremony was immediately followed by a plaque unveiling ritual inaugurated by Mrs. Fung Yeh Yi Hao, Yvette, and Mr. Liu Zhuo Jun, Deputy Director of Administrative Committee of Zhong Guan Cun Science Park which marked the foundation of Strong Hsin Chong.

The first two management contracts on the provision of property management service for Digital China and Fiberhome Technologies in Zhong Guan Cun Technology District were signed simultaneously on the same day by Mr. Augustine Chan, General Manager of Strong Hsin Chong and representatives of Digital China and Fiberhome Technologies.
Mr. Fan Cheuk Hung, Director and General Manager of Synergis mentioned at the press conference that, " In Beijing, other than the property market at Zhong Guan Cun Technology District, there are so many central commercial development districts aggressively planned and under construction. It is anticipated that there will be an area of over 3,000,000 ms of completed new properties available in the next five years.
