Synergis is always striving to promote professional property management. In order to enhance the property management knowledge of Owners' Incorporation and owners, Synergis assisted the Hong Kong Association of Incorporated Owners Committee to organize a seminar named "The Latest Trend in Property Management". The seminar aimed at strengthening the communication between Owners' Incorporation of different districts and helping members of the Owners' Incorporations and owners to understand the latest trend in property management.

The seminar attended by over 400 Owners' Incorporations' members and owners was held on 8 June 2002. The Officiating Guest of the seminar was the Chairman of Legislative Council, Mrs. Fan Hsu Lai Tai, GBS, JP and the Director. While the Director and General Manager of Synergis, Mr.Fan Cheuk Hung was invited to be the keynote speaker to deliver a talk on the latest trend and new concept of property management to all participants.

Mr. Fan said, " The relationship between Owners' Incorporations and management companies was changed from the monitoring role to a partnership. They will jointly set the service performance standard. As this model is highly transparent, the Owners' Incorporation can save the time on monitoring the daily operation of management company."

Mr. Fan further said, "Synergis has introduced the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Performance Indicators to raise the quality of service to customers. The company is now working with its Owners' Incorporation for such an agreement so that clear service performance indicators can be set for respective properties."
