Synergis Management Services Ltd. has always endeavored to promote the concept of environmental protection. Last year, eighty-two domestic courts under Synergis's management had joined the programme of "The Used clothes collection for the Environment" organized by the Conservancy Association. As a result, our company was presented the award "The Close Co-operation - Best Partner of Environmental Protection". Besides, Cloudview Mansion in Shatin district, one of the properties under our management had been awarded "The Best Residents of Environmental Protection". The assessment of this award is based on the average number of clothing being collected by each individual household in each court. After counting the total number of clothing collected from several hundreds of courts by the organizer, the owners of Cloudview Mansion was elected as one of the top three courts with highest score. This delightful result reflects the owners' support towards environmental protection.

The Award presentation ceremony was held at the meeting of "Discussion on the Used Clothes Collection for Environmental Protection took place at Four Seas Restaurant in Hong Kong Polytechnic University on 26 March 2002. Mr. Fan Cheuk Hung, the General manager and Director of Synergis Management Services Ltd. Expressed that. "In order to spread the message of environmental protection systematically, our company had established the "Green Dynamic Committee" to organize various kinds of environmental protection activities among which the Used Clothes Collection Campaign is one of the activities that is organized by the Committee annually. Through these activities, not only the useful resources are collected for recycling, but also publicizing the concept of environmental protection among the residents of the courts. And this is meaningful for protection of environment. This year, we will continue to launch the used clothes collection activity jointly organized by the Conservancy Association and Friends of the Earth. The Committee has planned to hold activities including: Old Books Collection Campaign, Printer Cartridge Reuse Programme, Engine-off Day for Waiting Vehicles and the Competition of the Best Courts for Environmental Protection, etc."
