Synergis Management Services Ltd. had been elected by the Hong Kong Housing Authority for the first time as "The Best Management Company of Shopping Centre". The winning of this honour by Synergis among other management companies proves that the excellent quality management service is recognized by the Hong Kong Housing Authority and the shop tenants.

The Award Presentation Ceremony as held at the central square of Lung Cheung Centre in Wong Tai Sin on 19 April 2002. Mr. Fan Cheuk Hung, the Director and General Manager of Synergis Management Services Ltd. After receiving the award from Mr. Marco Wu, J.P. Deputy Director of Housing (Management) Centre, expressed that "This is the first year that Synergis participated in the Hong Kong Housing Authority's election of "the Best Management Company of Shopping Centre". The winning of this honour from among the rest thirteen management companies is a reward of our excellent quality services providing to the shop tenants. At the same time, it also affirmed that our quality service has been further recognized by the Hong Kong Housing Authority. The judging criteria of this competition are the overall working performance of the management companies. The assessment of performance is based on manpower allocation, security, cleanliness maintenance, hawker control, financial arrangement and control and promotion activities held in the shopping centres as well as the grading of two ad hoc checking appraisals conducted by the Commercial Properties Unit of the Hong Kong Housing Authority. The management company that scored the highest marks in the assessment will be elected and awarded the honour of "The Best management Company of Shopping Centre".
