Synergis Awarded 5 More Private Property
Management Agreements |
Synergis
Management Services Ltd. has recently
succeeded in acquiring five private
property management agreements, namely,
Homing Court in Kowloon City, Balwin
Court at Argyle street, Hibiscus Park
in Kwai Fong, Villa Art Deco in Yuen
Long and Pearl Gardens at Mid-level
of Hong Kong Island.
Mr. Fan Cheuk Hung, the Director and
General manager of Synergis Management
Services Ltd.expressed that, 'The
excellent quality of service provided
by our company has contributed significantly
to the success of acquiring the above
five private domestic property management
agreements. The outstanding performance
in the existing properties under our
management have given assurance of
confidence to the Incorporated Owners
and owners. Our company will continue
to apply the customers-oriented principle
and to provide excellent management
service to the satisfaction of the
owners of the above five private properties."
In April, Synergis obtained three
domestic property management agreements:
Pearl Garden, which situated at 7A
Conduit Road, is a single block type
high-class private domestic building.
There are altogether 120 domestic
flats and 170 car park spaces. Synergis took over the management on
1 April 2002.
Villa Art Deco, which situated at
9 Towen Park Road South in Yuen Long,
comprises two blocks with 84 domestic
flats and 59 car park spaces. The
facilities include a resident' club
house and a swimming pool. Synergis
took over the site on 8 April 2002.
Balwin Court, which situated at 154-164
Argyle Street, comprises 5 blocks
with 290 domestic flats and 435 car
park spaces. Synergis took over
the site on 11 April 2002.
In addition, Synergis also acquired
two domestic property management agreements
in February. Homing Court, which situated
at 151 Kowloon City Road, is a single
block type high-class private domestic
building. It comprises 78 domestic
flats and 39 car park spaces. Hibiscus
Park, which situated at 91 Hing Shing
Road in Kwai Fong, consists of two
blocks with 420 domestic flats and
82 car park spaces. Both of these
two properties were taken over by
Synergis on 1 February 2002.
