All training and meeting shall be suspended. If meeting must be convened, please follow the following guidelines:
If staff suffers from influenza symptoms such as fever, cough, headache or cold, etc, the staff shall not attend the meeting. Inform chairman before meeting for his/her absence.
Staff attending the meeting shall wear face-mask during the meeting for personal hygiene purpose and minimizing the chance of cross infections. Besides, staff shall keep their hands clean and hygiene.
Disinfect hands first before entering the meeting room.
Staff attending the meeting shall not touch their own eyes or nose or mouth and avoid shaking hands with other attendees.
Staff attending the meeting shall dispose put and seal their used face-masks into a sealed bag and then a covered litter bin.
Ensure good ventilation and hygiene condition of the meeting room and open windows for good circulation of air flow if possible
Clean and disinfect the facilities of the meeting room, such as furniture, equipment, training materials and toilets before the meeting
Maintain efficient operation of the air-conditioning system and clean filters regularly
Keep appropriate distance between seats in meeting room
Chairman shall prepare the necessary equipment such as face-masks, disinfections hand spray, tissue and plastic bags (for mask disposal) before the meeting
Chairman shall wear gloves for distribution of the meeting materials or documents to avoid contacting with attendees
Chairman shall pay special attention to attendees' health condition. If staff suddenly appears with influenza symptoms such as fever, cough, headache or cold, etc, chairman shall arrange the staff to station an isolated place for rest

If the new virus is developed with the possibility of transmission from person to person, staff shall handle the following cases according to company's instruction
Not confirmed case with new virus infection symptoms
General suspected case
Staff's family members and those with close contact with confirmed case
Confirmed infected case of staff (Guard / Technical Staff)
Confirmed infected case of staff (Management Staff)
Contingency plan of the infected estate
Confirmed infected case of residents

The frequency of the disinfection of the door handles, key panels of lift and intercom system shall be carried out once every hour. The transparent PVC shall be replaced daily and labeled with the numbers of disinfection
All the cleaning contractors shall be required to carry out the overhaul cleaning and disinfection of main lobby, main door, guard post, corridor, lift, common facilities, management office, control room and so on by applying diluted bleach (1:49) at least 4 times a day. The cleaning of lift, lobby and the intercom system shall be carried out every 2 hours
Diluted bleach shall be kept in the guard post of each block and management office for emergency
The updated Avian Flu News shall be posted on the lobby every day
Ensure all the ventilation systems are properly operated. Wash the dust filter of air-conditioner once a week
Post up the relevant notice of influenza pandemic
Bromicide tablets shall be placed into the building flushing cistern to reinforce the effectiveness of disinfection
Execute the measures for Visitor Control for Prevention of Influenza, such as requiring visitors to wear mask, sterilize their hands and soles of shoes by disinfectant materials
