1. Staff Guidelines for Prevention of Influenza
1.1 Staff shall ensure the hygiene condition and good indoor ventilation of the office or work place by implementing the following measures
 

Maintain air-conditioning system in a good operating condition and clean and disinfect filters regularly

Open windows of office whenever necessary
Clean and disinfect areas and facilities of workplace and office such as telephone system which is to be cleaned and disinfected at least once a day with diluted bleach (1:99)
If tools or equipment are contaminated by vomit, they must be cleaned and disinfected with diluted bleach (1:49)
Maintain carpets, doors and windows clean
Ensure the toilet flushing system is properly operated
Toilets shall be equipped with liquid soap, hand dryer and disposable tissues
1.2 Pay special attention to those staff with sick leave having the influenza symptom such as fever. Inform Human Resource Team for those taking over 4 days of sick leave
2. Property Contingency Measures
2.1 Residential / Commercial / Industrial Property
 
The key panel of lift and main entrance shall be covered by PVC for easy cleaning and disinfection. The frequency of the disinfection of the door handles, key panels of lift and intercom system shall be carried out once every 2 hours. The transparent PVC shall be replaced weekly and labeled with the numbers of disinfection
All the cleaning contractors shall be required to carry out the disinfection of main lobby, main door, guard post, corridor, lift, common facilities, management office, control room, etc by applying diluted bleach (1:99) at least twice a day

The record of disinfection shall be posted to the main lobby

Post up the notice relating the prevention of Avian Flu
Assist to provide the Philippine and Indonesian version of the "Information of Prevention of Avian Flu" for owners of properties
2.2 Housing for senior citizen (HSC) or (according to clients request)
 
Enforce the cleaning of HSC ¡V Carry out the cleaning of rest room, staircase, handrails of corridors once every 4 hours. Mask recycling bins shall be placed in corridor of each storey
Guidance for Visitors ¡V Visitors shall register in management office and sterilize their hands by using the provided disinfectant spray
During the visit, visitors must wear mask
Body Check for Elderly ¡V measure the body temperature and record the health conditions of elderly daily
Assist tenants to add the diluted bleach into the interior drain pipe
2.3 Property with Shuttle Bus
 
Advise bus driver to pay attention to personal hygiene
Liaise with estate bus company for enforcing the bus driver to conduct the preventive measures inside the bus and estate bus stop
Notice of the Hygienic Advice to passenger shall be posted up
2.4

Property with Swimming Pool

 
Notice shall be posted on the entrance of swimming pool to persuade swimmers to consult doctor if having the symptom of fever, cough, cold or any other illness and not enter the swimming pool
Require the user of swimming pool to fill in the Health Report
Life guard shall use the infrared ear thermometer to measure the body temperature of swimmer before entering the swimming pool. Body temperature shall be re-measured after 15 minutes if is the record is over 38 C. Swimmer shall be prohibited to enter the venue if the body temperature is similar to the first measurement
Carry out the disinfection of furniture, handrails, changing room and bath room of swimming pool every 3 hours
If necessary, Disinfectant Automizer can be installed at the entrance of swimming pool for hands sterilization
Measure and record the quality and PH value of the water of swimming pool hourly
2.5 Property with Club House
 
Cleaning contractors shall carry out the overhaul cleaning by applying diluted bleach (1:99) for the facilities of clubhouses, including furniture like reception counter, the door handles of public toilets, tables of table-tennis and sofa in clubhouse lobby, gymnastic facilities and other recreation facilities twice a day
Daily check the First-aid box to ensure sufficient stock of medical materials, especially for wounds disinfection
Open the window properly and maintain good indoor ventilation
Ensure all the ventilation systems are properly operated. Wash all the dust filter of air-conditioner bi-weekly
Remove refuse regularly. Prolonged storage and overnight refuse are not allowed
Maintain a hygiene environment
Staff shall pay special attention to personal hygiene
Pamphlet or Guidance of "Prevention of Avian Flu" shall be placed in the reception counter of Clubhouse for clients' information
